Read caption ⬇️ Of course this is an over generalization and not a rule. The main point is to emphasize the difference between tylenol and ibuprofen. If you have pain due to inflammation ibuprofen might be the better option for you. The most common cause of pain below the neck is myofascial which can have inflammation. However if you have history of stomach ulcer, kidney disease, heart attack or stroke tylenol will be better to avoid further long term side effects from ibuprofen. Tylenol when taken over 4,000mg per day can potentially cause liver disease. If you have any questions regarding which medication will have more benefit than risk for you please discuss with your Doctor. 🫡
Each are a risk factor for requiring a higher dose of anesthesia to get the same effect. Love when my patients are well informed and honest about their history 🫡. What was your experience with anesthesia?

Thankful for 2024 🙏🏽 Reminder if you work in healthcare you can and should have a life outside of work 🙌🏽. When I first started practicing I was under the impression to be the best Doctor I would have to dedicate my whole life to work; but l quickly realized this leads to burnout and having a life outside of work makes me a better Doctor when I'm at work, since im less stressed and more present for my patients 🫡. Who else agrees?
