And we’re back! 💁🏻‍♀️ My fave way to meal prep 🍽️ RECIPES BELOW - 🔸Shredded Enchilada Chicken Chicken breast Enchilada sauce (enough to just cover the chicken in the crockpot) One can of diced green chilies 2-3 tablespoons of cumin 2-3 tablespoons of chili powder 1 tablespoon Garlic powder 1 tablespoon Onion power Salt Pepper 1/2 cup blended nonfat cottage cheese (add at the end once chicken is shredded) Cook on high for 2 hours in crock pot 🔶 Blackened chicken Seasoning- * 2 tablespoon paprika * 1 tablespoon cayenne powder (use more for a spicier blend) * 1 tablespoon onion powder * 1 teaspoon garlic powder * 1 teaspoon ground black pepper * 1 teaspoon sea salt * ½ teaspoon dried basil * ½ teaspoon dried oregano * ½ teaspoon dried thyme Air fry 385 for 14 mins, flip half way
