I’ve eaten so many spicy pasta varieties but this spicy pomodoro from Cento LA was unlike one I’ve had before😭😍💕 Nice kick from the Calabrian chili that was balanced with the sweet ricotta & basil oil on top - also wasn’t heavy at allll. Enjoyed the corn agnolotti and Caesar too…
