Jamir also “popped up for air” before the finish. I have dozens of clips of Jamir and the rest of the guys doing unbelievable things with the ball. Those videos are cool but don’t provide value. The athletes in this short clip and those watching from home can learn from this. Film your sessions. Train, analyze, adjust, improve. The difference is in the detail.
