🦷 How To Setup Your Oral Hygiene Routine! 1️⃣ Brushing first thing in the morning and before bed is key. Since you produce less saliva overnight, bad bacteria can grow overnight. You want to clear that out before you eat or drink anything. 2️⃣ Tongue scraping first thing in the AM is the best, for the same reason as brushing. You want to clear that bad bacteria off the tongue from the previous night. 3️⃣ Studies show us that flossing before brushing is prefered if you have the choice. You end up loosening plaque prior to brushing. 4️⃣ If you use a waterpik do it before you brush for the same reason and sometimes you can choose to use it instead of floss. 5️⃣ Some people truly love oil pulling and in my opinion it would work best to do it after tongue scraping, but before you floss or brush, so you can thoroughly rinse. 6️⃣ I’m not a huge mouthwash fan, but if you do use it I would recommend using it prior to brushing also, because you want the toothpaste to sit on your teeth after you brush. This would be true for most toothpaste options. If you use mouthwash you end up washing this away. #oralhealth #oralhygiene #oralcare

#ad 🥑 How Much Magnesium is In Your Food? 👉 I’m teaming up with @Solaray to show you why getting enough magnesium from your diet can be hard and why it may be smart to supplement. #solaraypartner 😍 Anyone who wants to save 15% on their Magnesium can click the link in my bio and use code HEALTHWITHCORY at checkout! 🍫 As you can see, magnesium can certainly be found in food, but even then Magnesium is one of the most common mineral deficiencies, so you might not be getting enough from food alone. 🧪 There are tons of different types of magnesium, but I usually only recommend a few. One of those types I love and use most myself is Magnesium Glycinate. It’s involved in more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body, and supplementing with it can help support relaxation and healthy bones and muscles. When I take it an hour before bed I feel more relaxed and well rested.* #livebrightersolaray #foodisnotenough * These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.
