i’m gonna admit: i was really scared before doing this test. i didn’t know how i would handle pushing myself to the max of my capacity, or if i would be able to at all. i wanted to cancel every single day, but i told myself what i always do when shit is tough: you can do hard things. you can handle being uncomfortable. you are in control and you decide when to stop. that, and the most amazing coach of all time Melina Magulas made me do it AND I COULDN’T BE MORE PROUD 😭🏃🏻‍♀️ not with the results, but with my effort - and that is ALL i can control 💪🏻 i can’t wait to improve the numbers and use everything i learned about my threshold and heart rate zones going forward: i might not be in the best running shape yet but trust me - i’ll get there 😎
