💭 Ever get so close to an O, but suddenly everything feels too intense or even numb? You’re not alone. This is called overstimulation, and it’s super common! 🔍 What’s happening? According to Marla Renee Stewart, overstimulation happens when high arousal meets repetitive stimulation—right before or after O. Some folks are just naturally more sensitive, or they are experiencing bottom growth while on T.  💡What can you do? A lot of it is getting used to your body's responses and understanding your anatomy. In most cases, direct touch to the c spot isn’t as enjoyable because it’s just so sensitive.   Here are some tips: 🔹Warm up and start out slowly. 🔹Use your hands and explore all around the c spot, seeing which areas are too sensitive and which ones are just right. 🔹Go indirect - try stimulating the cat over underwear or a barrier (like a pillow). 🔹Use lubricant to prevent chafing or unnecessary friction on your parts.  🔹Focus on different parts of the cat to switch things up. Stewart also recommends "focusing on a different part of the body so that you can get the blood moving and circulating to the different zones. This can help spread that energy of arousal"  🔹Breathe, take breaks, and come back to it when you're ready. 🔹Explore different tools and techniques.  🔹Try internal stimulation instead of external.  🔹If you are consistently experiencing pain during activity, you should consult your doctor! Remember, having an O is not a linear thing, and it’s not directly linked to the quality of play — it can be good both with and without it. Have fun exploring and be patient with yourself 💖
